COST-EFFECTIVENESS
Best value for money
The cost of screen printing is determined by several factors:
- Material
- Number of prints on an item
- Quantity ordered
- Number of colors in the design
The more colors in the design and the more prints on an item, the higher the cost. However, you can easily reduce this by ordering larger quantities at once. To be cost-effective, use simple designs with a few colors and one or two prints. We also offer price breaks that make the price cheaper if you want more than one print on an item, so the price doesn’t stand in the way of making it as Pimp as possible.
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per design.

HOW IT'S DONE
The steps of screen printing
Preparation:
- Once we receive your design, we break it down into colors.
- We create films from the separated colors.
- Each film is exposed onto a separate screen.
- We mix the colors using the Pantone scale.
- We install all the screens on our automatic/manual press.
- We align the screens with millimeter precision to ensure perfect prints and prevent color misalignment.
Production:
- We place each material on the press table one by one.
- We apply ink to each material with every color (sometimes one color requires multiple applications).
- The intermediate flash dryer dries the ink between 2 colors.
- We remove the materials and send them through a belt dryer for final heat-setting, achieving a long-lasting result.
+1. Add custom branding to your merch.
A lot of steps, right? This is why it’s not worth producing a few pieces from a design. The more products share the initial costs, the cheaper the production becomes.
